The CTC S13 Series Store Coupon is a 1991 continuation of CBN's 1987 S9 series using the same 1987 plates and picking up the Serial Numbers where the BABN
S-10's & S-11's left off.
Replacement coupons are identified by an asterisk in the prefix. The replacement coupon serial numbers have the same spacing as the stretched serial numbers.
The out-of-range stretched serial numbers [22mm vs 21mm] were used as Same Number Replacements throughout the issue.
A block of stretched serial numbers were issued at the end of the regular issue (perhaps unused replacements) and are considered standard stretched coupons.
The 10¢ and 25¢ coupon runs were interrupted with a test run that was issued as the Series 14 Coupon Issue. [S14 10¢ = 09,733,000-10,220,999 and S14 25¢=
